We welcome professionals from any organization that might play a role in a talent supply chain to participate in the pilot program. This includes state and local chambers, business associations, economic development agencies, employers of all sizes, education and training providers, and support service providers and community organization leaders.
There are 3 different types of learning paths an organization can take: Asynchronous (Cohort A), Synchronous (Cohort B), and Aysnchronous with DEI Talent Strategy (Cohort C).
Cohort A
The Asynchronous Cohort is a completely self-paced and individually motivated learning opportunity. There are seven strategy modules of 5 to 9 units each. You will complete the eLearning modules on your own time. You can expect each strategy to take an estimated 2-4 hours of seat time. In addition to the eLearning modules, there will be one kick-off meeting, one check-in meeting and one wrap up meeting. You will also be asked to complete a feedback survey with each strategy.
Who can Apply?
Anyone can apply for the asynchronous learning track. This includes new learners (i.e. those that have not yet attended a TPM Academy) and those that have previously graduated from a TPM Academy and would like to refresh their understanding of the framework.
Cohort B
Want to be able to connect with your peers throughout your learning experience? Then the Synchronous Cohort is for you.
You will complete the e-learning modules on your own time similar to the asynchronous cohort, however, you will also be paired with a group of learners going through the content at the same time as you. Just like signing up for an online class, you will have both individual and group assignments, as well as live class sessions with a facilitator and your cohort members.

Cohort C
If you’re seeking to embed DEI into your talent strategy and TPM implementation, then this extension module will help you do that.
Similar to Cohort A, the Opportunity Populations Extension Module is a completely self-paced and individually motivated learning opportunity. There are five units that align with the six TPM strategies. You will complete the eLearning modules on your own time. You can expect the extension module to take an estimated 4 hours of seat time. In addition to the eLearning modules, there will be one kick-off meeting, one check-in meeting and one wrap up meeting. You will also be asked to complete a feedback survey with the unit.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone participating in a TPM Academy concurrently or that has previously graduated from a TPM Academy program is welcome to apply to the Opportunity Population Extension Module only track.
