Access & Using My Calendar

Access your calendar to see due dates for upcoming assignments by week and by month by course.

1. To view your calendar, the calendar is located on the right hand side of the home page. 
2. The calendar view will automatically show you dates and calendars for your enrolled courses. 
3. To view the full calendar, click on the full calendar link. 
4. To remove a course calendar view, simply click on that course, and it will only show the remaining course calendars.
5. You can also add your own personal calendar appointments and course-specific details by hovering in the full calendar view. When you hover over a specific date, you will see a + sign that indicates that you can add a new appointment.

Syncing a Course to My Calendar

To add the course calendar to your personal calendar, open the calendar from the right navigation and in the expanded view at lower righthand side, you will see the Share option. If you click on the Share button, this allows you to export the course calendar and sync with your personal calendar or download it as file to your computer. 

Viewing Calendar In My Dashboard 

To view the calendar in your dashboard: 

1. Click on the home/landing page. 
2. Select the Dashboard.
3. Calendar is on the righthand side of your dashboard.
4. To expand, click the Full Calendar link. 

Viewing Calendar in My Course

To view the calendar from your course, there are a few options to access the calendar. You can access it from the top navigation at any time by clicking the icon that looks like a Calendar. 

From the e-learning home page, the calendar is a tab available on the home page and you can also access the calendar by clicking the Start button in the left navigation bar. When you hover here, there is an option to select the Calendar.
